Haikyo: Abandoned Japan

Shiraishi Mine

Shiraishi Mine, also known as the White Labyrinth, has a long history all the way back to the 1920s. This place was nicely concealed with heavy vegetation, looking typical abandoned from far away. But the real thrill is when you are inside. The heavily destroyed white wooden lofts are the make of a typhoon in the late 1960s, which partially led to the shutdown of the whole Shiraishi mine. Once you are in the huge white room, standing on the white floor, looking at the white powder in big boxes stocked all the way up high, you really think you are in a surreal world.
