In the middle of the most boring and dying town of Japan stands a dreadful clinic. I decided to call it the “Surgical Lights Necropolis”. The owner seems to enjoy a pretty good life. He is probably the richest guy in town. He has a huge property nearby with a magnificent and modern house. This modern clinic seems to have been a very prosperous business for a few decades before being abandoned in 1998.
